I am Heulwen and I am an experienced reflexologist with a Diploma in Clinical Reflexology.
Throughout my training and practice I have learned so much about the benefits of reflexology and thoroughly enjoy being able to putting them into practice for clients.
I have seen first-hand the benefits that reflexology can bring to individuals both to assist with fertility issues and to increase a sense of general well-being.
It is always important to take a little time out to re-set and re-base ourselves.
I am married with 1 young son and live in the beautiful village of Gullane in East Lothian. I love running, swimming, listening to podcasts and I have been known to take part in the odd triathlon and total warrior!
My name means sunshine in Welsh, hence Sunshine Sole!
